Guttastemning 2.0 – having each other's backs
A workshop on work culture and peer support.
- Duration
- 2–2.5 hours
- Audience
- Tradespeople, foremen, project managers
- Focus
- Peer support and prevention
What this is
This is not therapy, and it is not about “talking about your feelings”. It is a reality check. We build a work culture with room for humour and straight talk, but where we do not pretend we cannot see that a colleague is struggling. The aim is to strengthen peer support and lower the threshold for reaching out.
What we go through
Guttastemning in practice
Humour and straight talk are good. But we also have to catch the signals when something is off, without making it awkward.
The reality in the industry
Time pressure, finances and responsibility drain energy. It is normal for people to struggle now and then.
Three levels of support
We practise the three levels below. We are here to open the door, not to be the therapist.
- 01Notice it
- 02Say something
- 03Make sure nobody stands alone
Concrete tools
You get ready-made, low-threshold openers (such as “Hey, everything all right these days?”) so the conversation does not feel so hard.
Where to go next
Asking for professional help (occupational health services, your GP) is taking responsibility, not giving up.
“Guttastemning 2.0 means: we can joke around – but we do not let people fall through. We are not here to fix each other, but we are not going to pretend we cannot see each other either.”
